A dream, a vision, a reality. Children playing, laughing, learning and growing in a loving environment. A place where girls and boys shine like stars. This was the vision of Fr. Tom Aduri, a home for the orphans of his native state of Andhra Pradesh, India. He had spent time with Mother Teresa’s Missionary of Charities sisters, and like them, has a true love for the poor. Seeing Christ in the faces of the most needy, he wanted to help. He shared this dream with his family and friends and with God’s help and the generosity of many, the Blessed Brian Home opened in Porumamilla in June 2012.

In addition to the Blessed Brian Home, other programs to bring help to the most disenfranchised of the community, have been established and implemented that provide medical care through our Blessed Brian Hospital, food for the hungry through our Prince of Peace Feeding program, pure drinking water to villages, scholarships for children and young adults, micro financing to entrepreneurial women, and a variety of other services.

Funding for these programs are all through the Blessed Brian Foundation, an IRS qualified 501(c)(3), and is entirely dependent on the generosity of many in both the United States and India.
